I need your suggestion about reading Task. What you guys suggest about reading ,first i need to read the whole paragraph and then look to the question and find the answer from the given paragraph.
OR first read the question first then then find the answer from the paragraph.

It depends, I read the message before answering the questions. That gave me an idea of the topic and content thus making it easy to answer questions.

KISTA, Have u given IELTS once!!!!!!!!

These type of MOTIVATIONAL gurus mostly aids well in screwing somebody like any thing.

it needs 31-33 questions to be accurate to have 6.5 bands.
