Ielts re evaluation taking more than 8 weeks??

No, it's not normal.
It happened to me and I sent an email to IDP Australia complaining and they returned the fees I paid even though the score didn't change because of the tiome it took. They had actually forgotten to send my review to Australia.
Check what was the organization responsible for your test and send them a complaint. Most of the times the organization could be British Council or IDP Australia.

Hi, even I am in this situation.
Was expecting the results to come out on 13th but got a email instead saying it will be delayed.
I heard its becoming a regular thing...

I didnt recieve any emails and when i called the british council they said that they might recieve it this week and that its mentioned on ielts website that it might take 10 more days after the 8 weeks mark.Mallikaasharmaa said:

I was a bit quick to assume that you meant results.
Regardless of all that even I am pretty annoyed as there is no specified time frame in which I will get the result.
I think you can try contacting IELTS people straightaway. Not British council or IDP.

8 weeks is a little too much.
Just recieved my first ielts re evaluation today my speaking increased from 6.5 to 8 and writing from 7 to 7.5
Unfortunately not because now my scores in the first exam is 7.5 listening ,8 speaking,8.5 reading and 7.5 writing second exam scores are 8.5 listening ,8 speaking,8.5 reading and 6.5 writing ,am going to sit another examStanlee said:
