IELTS or proof of proficiency?

Hi. I am a foreigner and I have been living in the US for 12 years. I received my Bachelor Degree from an US University and I work for an American Company. Do I still need to take the IELTS or is there another way to prove my proficiency in English? Is there anyone here who is or was in the same position? Is there anyone here who did not take the IELTS?

You can send other documents to prove your proficiency in English but if it's not your first language, many people have had a hard time getting immigration to believe their documents and give them full points so it is better if you take IELTS.
