1) about booking places - frustrating (but might be challenging as well; I clearly heard the word "routine" and thought this should be frustrating);
2) airport transfers - easy;
3) catering - easy (outsourced services);
4) making a travel plan for clients - enjoyable;
5) can't recall - should be challenging here;
6) IT mess - frustrating;

Regarding the lake, wasn't there something like "far right side" there?
