Also, for the map question I got D, C, H, F. Can elaborate a little if you forgot the details.

I think I missed it
2) airport transfers - easy; (Yes, airport transfer was easy)
3) catering - easy (outsourced services); (I thought the visitors liked the catering and they enjoyed it) (I may have missed it as well)
4) making a travel plan for clients - enjoyable; (cant recall what it was)
5) can't recall - should be challenging here; (Cannot recall but the answer was B "chanllenging")
