one question for creating number of questionaires was B as he decided of making 80 which is more than he thought but less than 100 as defined in guidelines

from 27 and 28 I selected option of attaching an envelope with return stamp and I think I selected option to add simple questions
I believe he refused the idea of sharing questions in personal and trailing survey with friends..
in 29 30 One option I selected to define motive of survey along with questions
definitely not selected to add phone details as teacher refused this idea. not sure the other option I selected
