IELTS full name does not fit

Hi, my friend is trying to register in IELTS but his full name does not fit in the space provided. His paspport has the complete but he is not able to enter all of it in the IELTS page.

Has anyone experience something similar? He concerned about 2 things:

1) He won't be able to take the exam because his IELTS profile name is different from the one in his passport
2) If he's allowed to take the exam, his IELTS result might be questioned because the name is different from his passport.

Any thoughts?

contact IELTS directly about it ? maybe there's some admin stuff they need to do to enter long names on the application.
