My husband wants to apply for immigration to canada as mechanical engineer. He has his IELTS ready. We have calculated our points and we get enough point without me having IELTS. Is it a must for spouse of applicant to provide IELTS?

No, if your score is 67 without spouse IELTS, it is not required

If you are claiming points for spouse IELTS, then it is must
