IELTS - First name and Last name

HI,

My Last name is left blank on the IELTS TEF Report and instead they have put my First name and last name in the First name row itself. Will that create a issue? If so can an affidavit help ?

I don't think so it is a problem at all. Your name is still the same. No need for affadavit or anything
