Ielts expires during visa processing

Guys, my ielts will expire on 27th october 2020. i have been admitted into master program for winter 2021 intake. I want to ask if i apply for study permit before my ielts expires, will my application be considered valid?

Technically it counts, but be ready for some non-technical reason as well. IRCC can demand valid IELTS results after it is expired.

Don't be so sure. IRCC has requested nee IELTS result from someone on this forum couple weeks ago. It was expired during process.

I got my visa approved last day but IELTS validity is till June and iam traveling by August 22 will officer create any issues, Meanwhile I wrote another IELTS but I got 5.5 for one module.so, can I use this one or need to write again??

there is no problem in traveling with an expired IELTS. IELTS might be requirements for your study permit or admission but is not for coming into c
