IELTS/CELPIP required for minor dependent?

My minor dependent is not in Canada yet. And I am applying PR under arranged employment category. Will my minor dependent require to take IELTS? Would appreciate if you can help me with information.

It's only principal applicant who must provide IELTS cert. As for dependants, it's not mandatory.
