ielts bands conversion into federeal skill worker points calculation ???

I'm 33 years old with B/Sc(Hons) Degree in IS and computing which is equivalent to 4 year degree in Canada, IELTS R - 5.5 , W- 5.5, S-6.0, L - 7.5 with 10 years working experience, wife can get ielts 6.0.

So Please tell me am I eligable for Federal Skilled migration to Canada?
