Only indoor was given..outdoor was not mentioned

They said public facilities are outdoor and then they said additional toilets are indoor. Toilet is a public facility and since they said “Additional” it means some are outdoor. That was my thought on the question

Am confident about my writing and have written both tasks decently covering all evaluation criteria.
But still upset about seeing writing score.
Any chances of increasing .5 in writing?
Have anyone experienced/heard of score change in writing to .5 ?

It was BC. Does revaluation help? I read mixed reviews about it.
