Dear Friends,

I scored all over 6.5 , however due to my stammering(genetically problem) I scored only 5.0 in speaking. What should I do? Can apply with my medical certificate?
My bands are like this( L: 8.5, R: 6.5 W: 6.0, S :5.0 )

Any trivial help will be appreciated.

Stuttering is not the problem - it must be your answers. If you answer each question throughly and correctly - you scores would be higher than a 5

I agree with Johnny probably it has nothing to do with stuttering but with the answers. When I took my IELTS exam during the enrollment process there was a question about having any hearing problems or related, I don´t know if that was your case but if an exemption exists, it must be before taking the exam not after. I´ve never seen a case of scores lower than 6 and getting waived by immigration even because of health issues, also take into account that if you support your "IELTS case" with a medical certificate to get a waiver you may not pass later on the medical exams because of this same reason. I don´t mean to offend you by saying this but be aware that visa officers approve applications of people who can be productive in Canada and mainly people who can communicate and understand English without a problem, if you cannot communicate and your IELTS reflects that probably it´s better to ask and immigration lawyer or coach who can give you an advice or analyze your particular case.
