Ielts 5.5 is ok ( L 5 R 4.5 W 5 S 7) av 5.5

Yes you can apply below is the requirement

noc -b S-5.0 R-4.0 L-5.0 W-5.0

If I have one years old ielts is it ok
Bcz ielts has two yrs validity

Yes ielts is valid for two yr.

you can apply under Noc B and make sure your English has valited within 2 years
