IEC Within Canada Subsequent Permit

Appears that if you’re ALREADY in Canada on a IEC and approved for a second one you don’t have to leave the country to activate it . You can request it to be mailed

But if you’re here as a visitor and get approved for your FIRST one , you have to leave
