IEC open work permit - Health Service

Hi,

Been trying to get in touch with IRCC but having no luck, so perhaps someone here might have an idea?

One of the conditions of the IEC/ two year work permit is "not authorised to work in ...health service field occupations". Would the role of medical administrative assistant come under that? And if so, can this condition be removed/ work permit reissued?
