My Japanese friend wants to work in Canada for a year through the IEC program.
Since she has worked and lived in New Zealand and Australia in the past 3 years, CIC required criminal record checks, which took some to get. She is now waiting for a reply from CIC.
Her application through CIC is still active, but IEC aspect of it has expired. She uploaded her criminal record documents to CIC before the IEC aspect expired. Will this cause a problem?
