IEC conditional acceptance letter

Hi

I'm from a UK citizen currently living in Australia and trying to apply for a Canadian working holiday visa. I have an account with and have started the application process by uploading all the required documents ,i.e application form, photocopy of passport, resume, and so on...
However I can't upload the conditional acceptance letter as I never received one. Can someone shed some light on how I am meant to get one?

I also had trouble attaching a digital signature to my application form, so if anyone could talk me through that process I'd be very grateful!

Lastly, I couldn't find any submit button in the document upload page. I'm assuming it appears once you've uploaded all the documents, is this the case?

Any information regarding these issues would be greatly appreciated.

There are no UK IEC left for this year, they ran out about a week after the program started, you will have to wait until December/14 to apply.
