IEC 1 question

Hi guys, I got the IEC visa almost a year ago and is gonna expired in 3 months. I’m from Spain and I applied for the visa in Spain but for some circumstances I moved to UK a few weeks ago, can I still go from UK to Canada? Or I must live in Spain?

I hope in 3 months the coronavirus goes away so I can make my dream true

Keep in mind that if you’re arriving in Canada to gain employment, the unemployment rate in the country is skyrocketing in conjunction with the pandemic
Just heard on CBC that as many as four million could apply for benefits
