ICT work Permit from India

Hi,

My company applied for ICT work permit from India Noc Code 62100.

Upfront Medical : 11th Jan
Application Submission: 24 th Jan
Biometrics: completed 29th Jan.

Closed work permit for me and Visitor Visa for wife.

What is the timeline to get the Visa Approval.

The processing time shows 20 weeks !! Will it really be that long before we get the visa approval?

There's always a chance it may be done faster however you should plan that it will take 20 weeks.

Also no guarantee of approval. Can’t imagine that nobody already able to work in Canada can’t do technical sales.

Also no guarantee of approval. Can’t imagine that nobody already able to work in Canada can’t do technical sales.

The work is very specific to our company products and services hence the attorneys put in 62100. Hoping for the best!!
