I have applied online for ICT visa through company lawyers on 22nd Oct 205 but till now it just shows in progress.Can someone share his experience how much time it takes.
What will be next step as I am based in UAE

What is the status on your ICT Visa. Have you received it? I have applied for one as well in Jan 2016. I understand that the processing time has increased to 30 to 45 Working days.
