Can ICT holder apply and get LMIA job? Will spouse continue to get Open work permit?

Also does LMIA job doesn't have any cap of stay? For how long it's issued and how many renewals are allowed?

Yes, if you can find an employer willing to go through the LMIA process for you to file for a closed work permit. Spouse may be eligible.

Length of work permit is determined when you get your permit and depends on your NOC/skill level. Extension will depend on employer applying for a new LMIA so you can extend.

Has the individual been working for the employer who sponsored them for the ICT? For how long?
