ICT processing times for Delhi online application

My company has hired a law firm in Toronto to apply for ICT for me. I understand they will apply online on my behalf in New Delhi.

Since me and wife are in UAE when will we need to be in Delhi?

Can we get the medicals done in UAE or we have to get in done in New Delhi?

Now that strike is over, what is processing time for ICT online in New Delhi embassy?

1. Yes you can do the medicals in UAE
2. About 3 months is the posted time.
3. Have you thought how you are getting your passports to New Delhi?

Thank you so much for the reply.

Now that I learn that medicals can be done in UAE,

I can travel to New Delhi once they ask for passport and I am hoping the waiting required for visa stamping is not too much.

Is there any IELTS and police clearance requirement for ICT ?
