ICT processing time

Hi All,

I have applied for Canada ICT Visa and send all my documents to Newyork Canada Consulate on Feb 20th, 2013.

I have not received any acknowledgement for my documents. Is the processing takes this much time these days.

Is anyone applied for the same?
