My friend, his wife and 1 daughter are palning to shift to canada on my friends ICT permit.

Some one told thim that if he gets a second baby born there, then the baby with his whole family can get PR directly

Is this true ? Please advice

Totally false.

Although having a baby in Canada means that the baby would qualify for ciizenship it would have zero influence on the rest of the family getting PR. Of course once the baby gets to 18 years old they could in theory sponsor the parents but thats about it and a long time to wait with all the other immigration options available

Your friend should focus on getting Canadian work experience whilst on the ICT and then apply for PR
