ICT LMIA exempt from India

I have submitted my ICT LMIA exempt application on July 11th along with open work permit for my wife and visitor visa for my daughter. Biometrics completed on July 15th for myself, wife and daughter. In my online application the Bi-metric details were uploaded but upfront Medical still not updated. Can anyone please let me know currently how much time IRCC is taking to update medicals.
