ICT can we work for other company

Hi all,
currently i have ICT from current employer but have not yet moved to Canada.
1. Can I use this ICT and get job in Canada separately myself, without any interference of my current employer?
2. Is ICT valid only with my current employer if not yet moved to Canada?

An ICT is employer specific so the answer is no as is only good for the employer that sponsored the ICT
