ICT and spousal work permit

Hello guys,

My company has offered me the possibility of being transferred to Toronto.
I would apply and ICT visa.
The lawyers that my company is working with told me that my wife would apply for her VISA and the same time than me in the port of entry.
They told me that she would get the visa in a few weeks. Is that true? I have been reading and I found people that has been waiting a long time.

Which country are you applying from? I too have applied for ICT visa and waiting since 3 months

I've applied from Abu Dhabi and i'm a Pakistani national. We did apply for my husband at the same time.
