hi my problem is that i have my full class 5 bc dl but only a temp. yellow paper valid for 3 months. they will not give me a proper card, because i dont have a valid pr card right now which i cant apply for renewal until iv met residency obligations (march 2014), i am lost confused, everyone i talk to has no clue what to do. :'(
please help...

You knew your PR card would expire and something like this might happen. Why didn't you get the BCID while your PR card is still valid?

Now, you need to wait for your renewed PR card.
