The ICAS website currently states that it's 25 weeks from the date they receive all documents.
25 weeks. That essentially DOUBLES the time it takes to get Permanent Residency as application processing time is 6 months.
My questions is, is there any way around this? Perhaps another institution rather than ICAS?
The immigration website only holds an application for a month or so... What I should have done is apply for my ICAS degree certification 6 months ago essentially, then submit my PR application, wait 6 months to process, then move. Now I'll have to start again in around 25 weeks time.
