I Would lke to change the requested visa office.

Anybody can tell me how to change my the visa office. My application is still in NS and I don't have any file number. Can I send them a letter asking them to change the visa that I wrote in my application before they even made a decision on my eligiblity.

I am not sure what the process is as you have not received file number, I had asked for change of office after receiving file number and that was refused...

It's always worth a try to ask. The worst that will happen is that they say no.
