Plustwo passed out in the year of 2016.
Graduation dropped halfway and joined army . now i would like to study at canada.
Does the three-year gap affect admission in any way there?
All are saying about visa rejection ..what I need to wanna do now ?
Any possibilities?

Let me tell you one thing, you should not listen to people who say rejection and all. The way you tell your case does sound complicated and obviously for a quick conclusion, people say rejected. For cases like these, you really need to put a lot of effort into your statement of purpose and how you structure it. You should mention the following points:

1) Mention your education gap and why you had that
2) Mention why you wanted to join the army initially
3) Mention why you want to leave the army now and why are you pursuing the program you want to now
4) Mention family ties in home country and all details about assets
5) Mention how this program will help you for future self development and its prospects once you return to your home country
6) For funds, you should have money trail unless you're getting GIC.

If you did work after dropping your program (army), then how is there any gap? Unless you have any unaccounted time, you will not face rejection based on that. The fact that you were in the army will have to be declared in the application form, and you will have to fill an extra form and detail your service history there.

I intend to study with full education loan.
I have no assets other than home to show in the records. Will it be a problem when the asset deadlines show up?

It will take time to get the Army Service Certificate so should i mention it in my documents

If the Loan covers your tuition and living expenses, then there will be no problems.
