As an international studemt you are only allowed to work for 20hrs per week

No, removal order comes first. If you don't follow removal order then you are deported. Sometimes you could be deported right away if they believe that you are likely to abscond. With regards to immigration illegal overstaying or not following rules of visa lead to deportation.
