I was handed someone else’s study permit at airport immigration ! What I am supposed to do now ?

Hey there,

I landed in canada as a student on 13 dec 2019 and while immigration i was handed someone else’s study permit ! there was a lot of rush so i didn’t realised there ! can i get my study permit from service canada !

Others can comment but not sure Service Canada can do anything for what is an immigration matter. Maybe consider contacting CBSA at the airport or raise a web enquiry on IRCC

Service Canada has nothing to do with immigration.

You need to contact IRCC and sort this out ASAP.
