so,according to this,in my case-"I need a TRV to enter Canada(i can get it),I have a job offer&LMO from canadian employer" I can apply only outside of Canada?did I understood well?

Yes, you can only apply from outside Canada at the embassy that caters your country of residence / citizenship. Applying online also means the same i.e. your application will still be processed at the same embassy. Having a trv only allows you a visit and possibly meeting / getting an offer from an employer. But it is useless in getting a work permit.
