I want to request a transcript from university of punjab lahore, plss help?

I just need some information at the moment, any help would be much appreciated. I am planning to start a teaching course here in abroad and they need certificates and transcripts of my previous qualifications. Now the problem is that I have got the certificates but as far as I remember my university didn't provide me with any transcripts. I don't know what to do to solve this problem, I also tried to contact the university but I didn't get any reply. I did my degree from punjab university lahore. So if anyone can suggest me what I am supposed to do in such situation and how to contact the university so that they can provide me the transcripts?? Thanks

You should write an application to the Registrar office and request these Transcripts.
Make sure, you had never issues such Docs in the past.Otherwise procedure will take long
