Hi may application for permanent resident was transferred in seattle last april4 2012.The Buffalo immigration email me that my papers was transferred in seattle.im afraid coz my medical will be expired soon.
i want to know the status of my permanent resident application

The visa office may extend your medicals. It IS up to them, but it's fairly common. See OB 423 (http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/manuals/bulletins/2012/ob423.asp)
