Im on NA2 since 9th aug (105 days on NA2) so in sep i called CIC and asked about my visa office and they told me that it's Ottawa. My additional documents status changed to not required on 5th Oct and that was the day my file was transferred to my VO. Moreover, I have applied through a consultant and previously i used to call CIC to get the idea about my application status and also my consultant used to send me the screenshots of my app status twice a week. So now i want to know that right now my file is in which visa office but the problem is now CIC has removed the option of express entry and talk to the agent about the app status. Has anyone called CIC lately and if u did how did u do it?
