I uploaded the wrong file while submitting my canada study visa application. Instead of uploading school's letter of acceptance I uploaded CAQ twice, please tell me is there any solution ? and will effect my application review

You will need to raise the webform and attach the correct document.

If not raised, you risk rejection or ADR (the best case) as LoA is one of the primary documents.
