1. hi so basically what happened was i used my relatives gckey account for our visa application because of some technical issues. after submitting the visa it sent us confirmation for biometric letter. now the problem is they are not comfortable that we submit that biometric letter because there are still a other group if people whose visa application are not yet granted and theyre scared it will affect the results,well will it really affect the results because as far as i know, gckey account is only for submitting application and wont affect results? please help me
2. another thing is we made another gckey account and tried to link the application submmitted but unfortunately,it says youre application cant be found, i dont know whats wrong please please help me this is an emergency we are planning to catch up an important event next month
