I think you're just one of those ignorant folks who really don't understand how the immigration process works.. just because someone gets a ITA it does not guarantee an PR approval.. there are plenty of folks that have got an invitation but yet get rejected due to minor errors made by them while submitting a really detailed application.. would those folks not deserve a chance to re enter the pool again? Just because you got "8 bands " in IELTS does not make you a top notch pick there are plenty of other things that you've gotta look at
