I still haven’t received Invitation to Apply

I registered my file on May 14th with a score of 102 and NOC code 1221. The draw that came out on May 19th was 100 under skilled immigration. Inspite of having a qualifying score I haven’t received an invitation to apply. I was wondering what could be the reason for that?

Which program did you apply for that had a draw on 19th May? I checked and found there was no express entry draw on the day.

I I also sent in my EOI on Feb 11 under SWO in the category of MPNP but I haven't receive ITA. What could be the cause of delay?.
