our application approved, we got work permit and eTA, but we forgotten ask visa, for my wife, is already expired on January 05 /2019! What we can do ?

not quite sure what you mean....but will try....if you submitted inland spousal sponsorship application + OWP......and did not apply to extend her visitor status....and the OWP got approved before visa expired on Jan 5th 2019....you wife should have implied status.

If the application for the work permit got approved, then she has status from that. And she also has an ETA in case she needs to travel so that's fine too.

If she got an ETA, then she's visa exempt so I'm guessing you're asking about extending her visitor status, not visa. There's no need if she got her work permit.
