Very stupid of me. I live in Canada and I got an approval confirmation on my work permit after my studies. now I wanted to leave the country for a short visit. So i sent my passport to Ottawa e-application processing center at below address, but without a request to send the passport from them. I know I have done a mistake which I realized after.
Sent the passport on : 5th Dec 2019
CPP - Ottawa (e-application)

I arranged express courier and included two envelops as they mentioned and everything on that aspect is fine. It is just that I did not get a request from them. I just need to know if anyone have done this before and what would the consequence be..I need to travel in January. they say it might delay the process in the site, but will there be other issues ? and how delayed would it be, would like to know if anybody have ever experienced this.
