I sent MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE instead of AOM...pls help

its been 2 months and a half already since they asked for my passport and my AOM

unfotunately i sent them MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE
what will i do????
advice pls....

send AOM then put sticker on it and write a letter that you are adding additional documents
