Hi all,

I am a new refugee claimant, and my status is still a refugee claimant as I am still waiting for a hearing session, and my wife and three kids are in USA now. Can they come to Canada? Will they allow them to enter through border point?

Please advise.

Do they hold TRVs / visitor visas for Canada?

No, they have US visas only.

Unless they hold visa exempt passports, they will need to obtain TRVs to enter Canada.
