Yesterday the lawyer emailed me to tell me the July hearing. How can I give three months in advance?

I haven't received any letters, and the lawyer told me to go to court one day in July! I am applying for refugee protection in December 2019

Well i do have a question , i also might open a thread about it but i’ll ask you first, since i came to Canada 1 year approximately, i only have worked for like 5 months, does that affect my claim decision?
I haven’t had any stable job to be able to stop the welfare , is it bad for my claim?
