I received response from VO warsaw Polland, while I am from India what that mean

I applied in September ,14 I received PER on January 6th, 2015 . Then I received email from VO Warsaw , Polland on February 2nd ,2015while I am from India. Is it possible to process my application from other country VO. I was expecting it from VO New Delhi, India. I am still waiting for further response such as Medical. How much time it normally take nowdays.

I was also able to see my application status earlier which was in process, but now it shows "We were not able to identify you using the information you provided."

Kindly suggest.

Sometimes if a Visa office is overloaded they do transfer some files to other visa offices. In your case you can send a enquiry on this link;
