Do you mean your COPR? You "landed" at your appointment, right? What's your ECAS say? It should have updated with info about your PR card status.

I don't know the terms here ?? COPR?
I took the Statement letter inland without an interview, the letter states that I am now officially PR and the lady told me you will receive a PR card soon on your address and my address was ok

COPR = Confirmation of Permanent Residence

Did you provide your Canadian mailing address when you became a Permanent Resident? In any case, open this link and do as stated and instructed < http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/prcard-lost.asp >

I actually filled this form and sent it late June, I called a month ago they told me we are processing cases of the beginning of June, So should I just call back or just wait ??

fill out a "solemn declaration" form to initiate an inquiry for a missing PR card. Generally, the pr card application is filled out by the officer that handles your landing. typically, newly landed PRs are not required to fill out the form or send it in themselves as it's done as part of the landing procedure. The solemn declaration form is the first step in finding the missing card. it can be easily found by googling "CIC solemn declaration form"

When my spouse's PR card was delayed, it was because of a mess-up by the immigration officer at landing. They send us letters advising of the issue. Have you called the IRCC help line? They can at least see if it's been started.

The email on the application was incorrect, so I hope I can still send the pictures for the PR card in the 180 days window :o
