I received my PGWP 3 weeks ago but still waiting for a request letter to send my passport(Stamping Visa).

Hello,

I'm freaking out here. I got my PGWP approved 4 weeks ago and received on November 26, 2020 through mail, but I'm still waiting for a request letter to sending the original passport for Visa Stamping. I do not know why this time it is taking so long than usual. You guys also had to wait so long as well these days?

There is no Visa with PGWP if you applied in Canada, you must make a completely separate application for visa/trv, visa is only required to travel to Canada.
